Kitchen, Bathroom, and Porch
Three remodeling projects completed in the last several years have profoundly affected our quality of life. The projects were done in keeping with the style and quality of the original house; our neighborhood fosters long term residents who take pride in community. A new kitchen was our first project. We’ve also turned a small portion of our first floor study into a discreet half bath. Our latest new space was rebuilding the old porch which had suffered water damage. New walls with quality windows replaced the rot and a new floor with tile and heat were added. The deck was enlarged with new stairs to access the beautiful back yard and its bird-attracting pond. We enjoy the view and streaming sunshine all year long.
