Step 2: Design Concepts
Under a design contract the designer will review the client's wishes and begin space planning. the designer presented Chris and Sherry with these three proposed concepts for their basement.
Designer's Note: During this phase, it is important to look at each of the main elements of each concept separately as they can be pieced together and combined to create the plan that is right for you. Over time the plan will evolve as new ideas are introduced and options are added or deleted.

Chris and Sherry like to enjoy a nice glass of wine and like serving snacks while playing games.
- Raised beverage refrigerator and wine refrigerator
- Additional wine storage under the cabinet
- Plenty of space for the children's toys to the right of the wet bar
