Step 2: Design Concepts
Under a design contract the designer will review the client's wishes and begin space planning. The designer presented Chris and Sherry with these three proposed concepts for their basement.
Designer's Note: During this phase, it is important to look at each of the main elements of each concept separately as they can be pieced together and combined to create the plan that is right for you. Over time the plan will evolve as new ideas are introduced and options are added or deleted.

Wet Bar
The family wanted to recreate some of the ambiance of a lodge they visited on vacation with mixed wood tones.

- Shelving on each side for book storage

- Fireplace creates semi-wall between game area and exercise room
- Additional seating and book storage
