Mid-Century Modern Rambler Bathroom Remodel

Built in ‘56, the Simmons family collaborated with New Spaces to reconfigure their home through a complete Main Floor transformation and a complete Space Plan re-configuration. With dreams of having a better suited home to accompany family living and entertaining, New Spaces not only added a Primary Bathroom to create a complete Owners Suite and Mudroom functionality, but also introduced a 2nd Bathroom to serve as the Kids Bathroom/Guest Bathroom on the Main Level without having to expand outside of the existing footprint of the home.
